About Infinity Coaching

Michael Chiodi is the owner of Infinity Coaching, a business created to help unveil the full brilliance of those who choose to shine at  work and in life.

Having spent over 10 years in the environmental industry as a researcher, consultant, and government regulator, Michael has witnessed what works in organizations and what doesn’t from different sides of the table. Most people have good intentions and want good results to happen, but often competing interests or rigid systems stand in the way. Michael believes that a good coaching relationship can help you identify barriers to your goals and help you discover ways to achieve break-though results.

Since 1999, Michael has worked with individuals, groups, self-employed professionals, small business owners, and book authors to get more out of themselves and those around them.  In May of 2003, he finished his first book, The Art of Building People: 36 Coaching Tools to Get More Out of Work and Life and companion Intention Journal.  Michael is currently working on his next book Just Published!  It's based on the "first-book" experiences and insights of 101 published authors.  It's scheduled for release in early-2008.

Michael has completed the personal coach training program at the Coaches Training Institute of San Rafael, California and the peer-group coaching program from Authenticity Consulting of Minneapolis, Minnesota.   Based on the powerful learning experienced when getting coached by a group of peers, he recognized an opportunity to bring The Art of Building People^sm approach to a much larger audience.  His main areas of focus are helping self-employed professionals and small business owners maximize their unique valuable assets, helping first-time authors get their books published, and helping organizations leverage the knowledge and experience of their own people through the practice of effective coaching. 

Michael is an active member of the Int'l Coach Federation, the Minnesota Coaches Association, Business Networking International, Toastmaster's International, and is an apprentice affiliate of the National Speaker's Association, Minnesota Chapter.
